OUR STORY
So, here you are. You’ve probably tried our pouches, you might even be a Club Baow member, and you certainly can’t imagine your days anymore without some Baow. But you’re wondering how it all began? Curious about how it started? Or maybe you’re just bored at work.

It really all began as a conversation amongst friends. There may or may not have been a bottle of wine involved (or a few). Wait, wine? No, no. Meatballs, fried herring and a cinnamon bun.

If you know anything about us Swedes, or have Swedish friends (or maybe you’re a Swede yourself)... you’ll know that we’re super sociable people, we really love our friends and our community, and we love being out in nature. We also have a strong passion for great quality - in our food and its flavours, in our lifestyles, and in everything else, really.

Snus, and the culture around it has always been a big part of our life. So when our founders sat down they all agreed on one thing: FLAVOUR MUST COME FIRST. Despite enjoyment of Snus being so deeply ingrained in Swedish culture, our founders all felt that wasn’t an option on the market that really focused on pure, delicious flavour and almost all existing brands were owned by Big Tobacco. So the three friends decided that there must be another way…. And the result is here today!
